A four-petal gold flower opened around a single brilliant-cut diamond at its heart.

Grain de Café

The coffee bean, full and grooved down its middle, cast in gold and gathered into clusters.

Cartier's coffee bean has lived twice: Jeanne Toussaint introduced it in 1938, Grace Kelly and others wore it through the fifties and sixties, and in 2023 it returned as Grain de Café, two-tone gold beans edged with diamonds. Fiorever is on its first life, launched by Bulgari at the end of 2018: a stylised four-petal flower in rose or white gold, opened around a single brilliant-cut diamond, later joined by a pear-shaped rubellite.
