Chopard

A Jura watch house, settled in Geneva and run by the Scheufele family, that let its diamonds loose: since 1976 they have skated free between two sapphire crystals. Under Caroline Scheufele the hand is round and playful, all hearts, clowns and ice cubes, in gold the house has cast as ethical gold since 2018.

Graff also cuts gold into facets, carving it like one of its own diamonds before a single stone is set.

  • Move Classique double-chain bracelet in white gold: an open gold cage holding three diamonds that slide along it, on a pale grey ground.

    Move, Messika after Happy Diamonds

Move takes the loose diamond out from under glass and lets it travel along an open gold cage.

Inside the house

  • Happy Hearts bangle in rose gold: a mother-of-pearl heart beside a small open heart holding a loose diamond, on a white ground.

    Happy Hearts after Happy Diamonds

Happy Hearts puts the loose diamond inside an open gold heart and pairs it with a solid heart of coloured stone.
