Blossom

Small cherry blossoms in white, rose or yellow gold, their petals beaded with diamonds like dew on a spring morning.

Grain de Café

The coffee bean, full and grooved down its middle, cast in gold and gathered into clusters.

Jeanne Toussaint was looking at a coffee bean, not a flower, when she drew Grain de Café for Cartier in 1938: a full, grooved seed cast in gold and gathered into clusters, later worn by Grace Kelly and reissued in 2023 in two-tone gold edged with diamonds. Boodles' Blossom, from 2016, belongs to the other end of a plant's year, the spring flower, with sakura petals in three golds and a few diamonds sitting on them like dew.
