Roulette

A small ring of brilliant-cut diamonds that turns over as the wearer moves, showing diamonds on one face and plain gold, or more diamonds, on the other.

Move

Diamonds set loose in an open gold cage so they slide from end to end as the wrist moves: three stones in Move Classique, one in Move Uno.

Move dates from 2007, two years after Valérie Messika founded her house, and its diamonds slide loose in an open gold cage, a memory of her father passing stones between his fingers. Roulette keeps every brilliant fixed and moves the setting instead: a small circle of diamonds swivels on the band or earring to show its other face, sometimes plain gold. The London piece changes with a flick of the finger, the Paris one with every step.
