A four-petal gold flower opened around a single brilliant-cut diamond at its heart.
Gold is where Fiorever puts its petals: four of them, in rose or white, around a diamond given a single place at the centre, a design Bulgari launched at the end of 2018 and later paved over entirely. Fleurette goes the other way. Its corolla is seven round diamonds with almost no metal showing, a motif Van Cleef & Arpels has set since the 1920s and gathered into a collection around 2000.
