Boodles

Blossom

Small cherry blossoms in white, rose or yellow gold, their petals beaded with diamonds like dew on a spring morning.

Fleurette

Van Cleef & Arpels

Fleurette

Seven round diamonds gathered into one small stylised flower, a corolla of stones with almost no metal showing.

Seven round diamonds and almost no visible metal make up a Fleurette: Van Cleef & Arpels has set corollas of stones since the 1920s and gave this one its own collection around 2000. The flower here is built entirely from stones. Boodles' Blossom reverses the proportion. Its cherry heads, introduced in 2016, are shaped in gold first, white, rose or yellow, and the diamonds come second, a light scattering over the petals.
