Lily Cluster

Interlacing petals of small pavé-set round diamonds, accented with a single marquise, form a lily caught mid-bloom.

Piaget Sunlight ring in rose gold: a disc of engraved gold rays edged with diamonds around a diamond-set centre, on a transparent ground.

Piaget Sunlight

The sun as a disc of gold rays, each segment engraved, brushed or polished, around a halo of diamonds.

From studio sketches of the early 1940s, Harry Winston built Lily Cluster in 2010: pavé petals around a marquise, brought down to everyday size. Piaget Sunlight descends from a much younger ancestor, the Sunlight Journey high jewelry of 2017, and turns the sun into a disc of brushed, engraved and polished gold around a diamond halo, with centres of turquoise or malachite. Winston works entirely in sparkle, and Piaget sets textured gold against stone.
