Lily Cluster

Interlacing petals of small pavé-set round diamonds, accented with a single marquise, form a lily caught mid-bloom.

Around 1940 lies the start of both. Jeanne Toussaint introduced Cartier's coffee bean in 1938, and Harry Winston dates the drawings behind Lily Cluster to the early 1940s, though the line itself appeared only in 2010. Grain de Café is volume in gold, grooved and clustered, now edged with diamonds; the lily is all surface, small round diamonds hand-set over curling petals with a marquise as accent.
