Boodles

Blossom

Small cherry blossoms in white, rose or yellow gold, their petals beaded with diamonds like dew on a spring morning.

Lily Cluster

Harry Winston

Lily Cluster

Interlacing petals of small pavé-set round diamonds, accented with a single marquise, form a lily caught mid-bloom.

Diamonds do different work on these two flowers. Harry Winston's Lily Cluster, launched in 2010 from studio drawings dating to the early 1940s, covers interlacing petals with small round diamonds set by hand and adds one marquise, a lily caught mid-bloom in platinum, yellow or rose gold. On Boodles' Blossom, from 2016, the stones are fewer and read as droplets on sakura petals of white, rose or yellow gold, with pearl drops in later pieces.
