Opera

The Buccellati emblem, a four-petalled rosette of winding lines, cut out and worn as the jewel itself: in engraved gold, in diamond pavé, or laid over a pierced tulle lattice.

Grain de Café ring in yellow and white gold: four grooved gold coffee beans tipped with diamonds, on a pale grey ground.

Grain de Café

The coffee bean, full and grooved down its middle, cast in gold and gathered into clusters.

Where Grain de Café is cast, Opera is engraved. Jeanne Toussaint's coffee bean of 1938 is full and grooved, made in gold and gathered into clusters, and Cartier reissued a 1955 necklace in 2023 before edging two-tone beans with diamonds. Buccellati's rosette, the house emblem worn whole since 2015, carries its winding lines in chased gold, pavé or pierced tulle, sometimes over mother-of-pearl, the work of the engraver rather than the caster.
