Divas' Dream

A fan, taken from the ginkgo-leaf pattern in the floor mosaics of Rome's Baths of Caracalla, worn as a pendant, an earring or a ring.

Fleurette

Van Cleef & Arpels

Fleurette

Seven round diamonds gathered into one small stylised flower, a corolla of stones with almost no metal showing.

A corolla of seven round diamonds, Fleurette keeps metal nearly out of sight; Van Cleef & Arpels has used such stone flowers since the 1920s and gave this one a collection around 2000. Divas' Dream lets its frame show. The fan Bulgari adopted in 2016, after the ginkgo-leaf mosaics of Caracalla's baths, is outlined in rose, yellow or white gold and filled with pavé, inlay or graded sapphires.
