Petals held together and petals blown apart. Fiorever arranges four gold petals symmetrically around a brilliant-cut diamond, an emblem Bulgari introduced at the end of 2018 in rose and white gold. In Mikimoto's Les Pétales Place Vendôme the petals have come free of the flower: cupped planes of pavé diamonds drifting against an Akoya or South Sea pearl, a rose shedding over a Paris square.
