Tiffany HardWear

A chain of oversized gauge links, each joined by a polished gold ball, takes the look of industrial hardware and wears it at the throat and wrist.

Pomellato and Tiffany each went back to an archive piece in 2017. Iconica started from the house's first band ring of 1970: Vincenzo Castaldo rounded and thickened it into a pillowy band in widths from extra-slim to bold, made to crowd one finger. Tiffany HardWear took a bracelet the house dates to 1962 and enlarged its gauge links, joined by polished gold balls, into what Tiffany calls a portrait of Manhattan. The Milan band invites stacking; the New York links borrow the look of couplings and gauges.
