Piaget Rose

A rose in layered gold petals, modelled on the 80-petal rose named after Yves Piaget, with a diamond at its heart.

In 1982 a Meilland rose won the Geneva new-rose competition and took the name of Yves Piaget, a lifelong grower; thirty years later it became the Piaget Rose line, layered rose-gold petals, plain or paved, sculpted around a diamond heart. Blossom's flower has no such named ancestor. Boodles took the cherry in general, after the Japanese sakura, and in 2016 made it small and light, with diamonds beading the petals.
