The story

In 1982 a rose bred by Meilland won the Geneva international new-rose competition and was named for Yves Piaget, a lifelong grower of roses. Thirty years later the house turned it into a jewellery line of sculpted rose-gold petals, some plain, some paved edge to edge, scattered on chains or opened around a single stone. High-jewellery versions hold blue sapphires, tourmalines and cabochon centres.
