Trinity

Three rings of yellow, rose and white gold, linked so that they roll over one another on the finger.

Trinity is the older of these by seventy-five years: three rings of yellow, rose and white gold that Cartier credits to Louis Cartier in 1924, linked so they roll over one another on the finger. B.zero1, from 1999, also stacks bands but fixes them in place, a single spiral rising like the tiers of the Colosseum between two rims engraved BVLGARI BVLGARI, in one to five turns. Trinity moves and mixes three colours of gold. B.zero1 holds still, a piece of Roman architecture worn on the hand.
