Tubogas or Abbraccio
Bulgari · Vhernier
Frank and Barbara Sinatra owned a Monete choker on a Tubogas coil, one of many uses Bulgari has found since 1941 for its band of gold wound like gas tubing, springing shut without a hinge. Abbraccio's story belongs to its maker's beginnings: one of the first rings Vhernier made in Valenza after 1984, named for an embrace, it comes in rose or white gold, plain or paved with 572 diamonds, each held by two prongs.
