Abbraccio

Vhernier

Abbraccio

A ring named for an embrace, one of the first shapes Vhernier made, offered in plain gold or entirely paved with diamonds held by two prongs each.

Angela Camurati and her partners made Abbraccio, Italian for embrace, among the first rings of the house they founded in Valenza in 1984, in the years she says it took to find the Vhernier style; it comes in plain rose or white gold or covered in 572 diamonds, each held by two prongs. Boucheron's Quatre, from 2004, is a ring of four archive motifs pressed into one, each band a different texture.
