Antifer

A band with one sharp peak, named after a Normandy cliff, repeated row on row until the ring becomes a ridge.

The Colosseum gave B.zero1 its tiers in 1999; minimalist building gave Antifer its geometry in 2013, and a Channel headland its name. Each grows by addition, B.zero1 from one band to five, Antifer from one peak to ten rows. Bulgari's version is rounded and engraved with its name. Repossi's comes to a point, and has since been made in black gold and studded with hard stones such as onyx and malachite.
