Divas' Dream

A fan, taken from the ginkgo-leaf pattern in the floor mosaics of Rome's Baths of Caracalla, worn as a pendant, an earring or a ring.

Precious Lace

Diamonds set in scalloped gold openwork that reads like antique lace, cut into tutu ruffles, waves and hearts.

Old lace, not a garden, gave Chopard its 2016 line: Precious Lace began as high-jewelry parures of gold openwork in scallops and volutes, set with diamonds and cut into a tutu, waves and hearts, and it keeps to rose or white gold. Divas' Dream, from the same year, takes its fan from the ginkgo pattern in the Baths of Caracalla mosaics, and Bulgari fills it with colour: mother-of-pearl, malachite, lapis lazuli or graded pink sapphires.
