Tubogas

A band of gold wound tightly round itself like the flexible pipe of a gas line, tubo gas, so it springs round the wrist or neck without a hinge.

Laurence Graff Signature

The facets of a cut diamond carried over into solid gold: bands, cuffs and chains whose surfaces break into sharp planes like a polished stone.

Facets meet coils. Laurence Graff Signature takes the planes of a cut diamond and carves them into solid gold before any stone is set, a London line named for a founder whose house has spent more than 65 years cutting and polishing diamonds. Tubogas treats light the opposite way, offering instead the continuous spiral of a band wound on itself, which Bulgari first made in 1941 after the tubing of gas pipes. Graff's bands stack, and a few of its rings spin. The Roman coil simply flexes.
