The mimosa, a shrub that flowers whatever the weather, made into a diamond flower and dedicated to women.
Gold that behaves like a gem: Van Cleef & Arpels finishes Frivole's heart-shaped petals by hand to a mirror and, since 2003, scatters them in uneven clusters, after using such petals on cigarette cases and clips in the 1940s. Damiani's Mimosa sets diamonds in white gold and attaches a meaning to them, a shrub that blooms in all weathers, dedicated by Damiano Grassi Damiani to his wife and daughter. Frivole plays with light, Mimosa with devotion.
