Pepita

Gold beads shaped like pebbles worn smooth by the sea, each a little irregular, threaded into bracelets, rings and earrings meant for anyone.

Catene ring: large polished rose-gold gourmette links mounted on a solid band, on a pale grey ground.

Pomellato

Catene

The plump gourmette link Pomellato has made since its first season, blown up and softened until three or four articulated links become the whole ring.

A pebble and a link, each softened. DoDo's Pepita beads of 2000 imitate stones smoothed by the sea, small and slightly irregular, sold singly or as bracelets for anyone. Pomellato's Catene, introduced by Vincenzo Castaldo in 2021, softens the house's founding gourmette link until it looks almost inflated, three or four links curving round the finger as a ring. Neither has a hard edge anywhere. Both treat gold as something to be rounded, whether bead or link.
