Les Pétales Place Vendôme

Cupped rose petals of pavé diamonds drift against a round pearl, as if blown across the Place Vendôme.

A whole pearl anchors Les Pétales Place Vendôme, where Mikimoto sets cupped rose petals of pavé beside an Akoya or South Sea pearl as if the wind had carried them across the Paris square. Lunaria uses nacre as a flat slice: Marco Bicego cuts mother-of-pearl, white or grey, into rounded discs after the honesty plant's seed pods, and also makes them in yellow gold and pavé.
