Le Petit Cactus

The flower of the vanilla cactus, which opens for one night a year, made as a small burst of rose gold stamens around a single stone.

Piaget Rose

A rose in layered gold petals, modelled on the 80-petal rose named after Yves Piaget, with a diamond at its heart.

Gardeners, of a kind, stand behind these flowers. Yves Piaget, a lifelong rose grower, gave his name in 1982 to a Meilland rose that became Piaget Rose in 2012: layered petals of rose gold, plain or paved, around a diamond. Mellerio reaches back to Marie-Antoinette, who asked Redouté to paint the vanilla cactus that opens one night a year; Laure-Isabelle Mellerio made it Le Petit Cactus in 2019, rose-gold stamens around a stone. The rose is closed and full, the cactus flower spiky and open.
