Two slim lines of gold cross the finger like an Amazon's arrow and spear and meet at an oval diamond held in a pavé halo, the shield.

Serti sur Vide ring in white gold: two open bands joined by a short bar, with a pear-cut diamond held above them, on a light grey ground.

Serti sur Vide

A diamond held on a hidden bar so it seems to hover above the finger or the ear, with nothing visible beneath it.

Two daughters of the trade, two ideas of the single diamond. Valérie Messika, whose father André dealt in diamonds, drew Glam'Azone from the Amazons of myth: thin gold shafts for arrow and spear meeting at an oval stone in a pavé halo. Gaia Repossi took an idea from her father Alberto and in 2014 made Serti sur Vide, a diamond on a hidden bar that seems to float. Messika gives the diamond a story. Repossi gives it space.
