The Cable Collection

Strands of metal twisted into a helix and bent into an open cuff, its two ends capped with gold and a coloured stone.

Fantina bangle: an open rose-gold loop with a pavé-set inner edge and a diamond-tipped end, on a pale grey ground.

Pomellato

Fantina

Seamless open ellipses of rose or white gold, edged with pavé and tapering to points, drawn from the clean lines of the riding world.

Cable's helix stops at gold caps set with a coloured stone, as it has since David Yurman's first piece in 1982. Fantina, Pomellato's 2020 line named for the woman jockey, narrows each end of its open rose-gold loop to a point, with pavé along the edge and every hinge hidden. Both are open bangles that make an event of their ends. Yurman looked to ancient torques, Pomellato to the horse behind its own name: pomellato means dappled.
