Ice Cube

A band divided into small gold cubes with chamfered edges, so light breaks across it like ice.

Sculpted Cable

The cable's round twist pressed into low relief, so the helix becomes a row of polished gold waves laid side by side.

Ice Cube breaks a band into squares; Sculpted Cable rolls it into waves. Chopard's 1999 design uses a grid of small chamfered blocks, androgynous and narrow, to be stacked in three golds. David Yurman's 2023 bracelet presses the house's round helix into low relief, polished ridges laid side by side, and its gold bracelet measures fourteen millimetres across. Each repeats a single unit round the wrist or finger; one makes that unit angular, the other fluid.
