Elsa Peretti Bone Cuff at Tiffany & Co.

The story

Elsa Peretti drew the cuff in 1970, partly from the bones she saw as a child in the Capuchin Crypt in Rome and partly from Gaudí's Barcelona. It entered Tiffany with her first collection for the house in 1974. Made separately for the left and right wrist, it is cast in silver or gold and sometimes inlaid with stone.
