The story

Aldo Cipullo, an Italian-born designer who joined Cartier New York in 1969, drew the bracelet that year after a break-up and made the screw head the only ornament. The screwdriver still comes in the box. Rings, earrings, pendants, a chain bracelet and fully paved versions now carry the same motif.
